The portable, efficient style that sparked a nationwide trend in the 1920’s and 30’s is now back with a modern twist.

In the 1920s and 1930s, our 31 series was hugely popular for its unique design without a classic top opening, making it ultra-portable. It set a trend, with many wood chest makers copying its drawer layout and focus on portability.

Our craftsmen retained the original’s portability and efficiency, enhancing it with modern improvements to create the Vintage Chest, a new standard in quality and portability. It features the iconic 8-drawer layout of the Style 31 chest but with a lock bar instead of the fold-down lid, providing ample space for modern tools. The carrying handle is also upgraded for comfort, even when fully loaded.

The Style 2008, inspired by the vintage 31 Series, combines the nostalgia of the past with modern usability for today’s users.
